Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 12/5/2024 and completed on 12/5/2024, as a part of probation. The Department issued a Special Order on 12/15/2023 to place the center on probation for a period of 12 months as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 11:16 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s medication records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
