An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/26/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 9/23/2024 relating to programs. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review of injury logs/incident reports, policies and procedures, training records, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
