During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 05/22/2025, as part of the licensure period.

The on-site inspection began at 1:10 pm and ended at 3:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.

There were 51 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within 5 business days from today, which will be the close of business on 06/05/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

When food is brought from home the food container must be clearly labeled with the child's name and dated.

There was one food container and a bag of cookies in the Discovery Preschool classroom that were not labeled or dated.
Plan of Correction: Re-remind the family to use the KinderCare name labels and staff not to accept any food that is not labeled.

Documentation to demonstrate that the individual possesses the education, certification, and experience required by the job position are to be checked prior to employment.

The record for Staff #3, who has been employed for 24 years, did not contain documentation of education qualifications.
Plan of Correction: Staff #3 contacted her DOE in her country to obtain another copy of her diploma.
