A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Information gathered during the inspection determined (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff who work directly with children shall, in addition to preservice and orientation training, complete the department's annual health and safety update course.

The most recent certificate of completion for the 3-hour Annual Health & Safety Update training that was on file for Staff #2 was for 2023.
Plan of Correction: The certificate of completion for 2024 will be found and placed on file. In addition, the training for 2025 will also be completed before the end of this year.
