Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site Code compliance inspection was initiated on February 22, 2026 and completed on February 22, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 1:55 PM and ended at 3:25 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 78 children present with 21 staff. The inspector reviewed eight children?s records and eight staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable Code sections. No violations were issued.
