Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/10/2021 and concluded on 11/18/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 66 children present and 14 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
