This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A complaint inspection was initiated in response to a complaint the Department received on 01/09/22 regarding allegations in the area of policies. The director/provider or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
