Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 2/12/26 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/15/26 elating to allegations of physical plant. The inspector reviewed zero children?s records and zero staff records on-site. This inspection included observations and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
