This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable). A complaint inspection was initiated on 06/07/2021 and concluded on 07/13/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
