The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 06/06/2022, regarding allegations in the area of Supervision and Special Services. Interviews were conducted with staff and records were reviewed a relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
