Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by the licensing inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of License &Registration Procedure and a subsequent investigation/inspection was initiated on April 21, 2021 and concluded on April 26, 2021. The inspector conducted the inspection jointly with a local agency and contact was made by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector completed the investigation, reviewed center documentation and interviewed additional staff and collateral witnesses. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation/self-report of non-compliance with standards or law.
