Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 10/27/2022. There were 32 children, ages 8 months-5 years, and 8 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: breakfast, free choice activities, large motor play outside, and reading. A total of 5 children?s records and 5staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: attendance requirements, playground safety. The inspector arrived at 915 AM and departed at 11 AM.

1. Staff 1 was hired on 9/6/2022 and orientation was completed on 9/26/2022.
2. Staff # 3 was hired on 9/26/2022 and orientation was completed on 10/18/2022.
Evidence:
1. Observed in the toddler room several containers of chemicals on a shelf and food was stored under the shelf.
Evidence:
1. There were two boxes of yogurt sitting on the cabinet in the infant room. One box had several tubes of yogurt gone and the other box was full. The tubes of yogurt state that it should be kept in the refrigerator.
