A complaint inspection was conducted on 8/30/2023. The inspector arrived at 10:50 AM and departed at 1:04 PM. The investigation included interviews, review of documentation and observation. The investigation included The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration and staffing and supervision.

The complainant alleged the use of forbidden action by staff in response to children's behaviors. In addition, the complaint alleged staff use of foul language and other inappropriate discipline techniques.
The information gathered during the investigation did not demonstrate a preponderance of evidence to determine staff use of unacceptable discipline techniques or violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
