Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/31/2022 from 12:36 pm - 2:00pm. At the time of entrance there were 29 children in care with 3 staff. The ages of children ranged from two years - five years. Children were observed during nap. Records reviewed for four children and three staff.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
