Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2022 from 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm. At the time of entrance 26 children were observed napping with 4 staff. The children ranged in age from two years - five years.
Records were reviewed for three children and three staff.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
