Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/31/2023.? There were 116 children present with 13 staff supervising and 3 administrators. Children were observed during snack time, centers, art time, and gym time. A total of 10 child records and 10 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:40 am and concluded at 12:00 pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and staff interviews the center did not ensure for each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence: Staff in the following rooms confirmed their attendance sheet did not show the accurate number of children present:
1. Room 104 had 9 children present and only 6 checked in.
2. Room 112 had 8 children present and only 6 checked in.
3. Room 103 had 8 children present and only 6 checked in.
4. Room 105 had 10 children present and only 7 checked in.
5. Room 109 had 8 children present and only 6 checked in.
6. Room 113 had 9 children present and only 6 checked in.
