Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 7/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 94 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 8 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Injury prevention procedures shall be updated at least annually based on documentation of injuries and a review of the activities and services. The center has not done an annual update to their injury prevention procedures.
