An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/24/2024 and completed on 7/25/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/16/2024 relating to allegations of staff qualifications and programs. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
