Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were no children in care and no staff members present. Inspector met with the pastor of the church who explained that they had not been able to hire any staff to run the program but they are still looking to hire. Inspector toured the center. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
