Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:15 am- 12:25 pm. There were 36 children ages infant - 5 years old directly supervised by 9 staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. A sample of staff background searches, health records and trainings were
discussed and reviewed. The physical plant as well as program policies regarding hand washing, arrival and departure procedures and activities were also inspected and reviewed. Children were observed: playing with toys and transitioning outside to play. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations during today's visit.
