Plan of Correction: The center has run the required background checks for Staff #2 and Staff #3. Moving forward, the center will strictly review all applicant sworn statements to identify every state of residence from the previous five years and initiate all required searches, including non-NFF states for sex offender and criminal records, to ensure full compliance.
