Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on 4/26/2022.The Licensing Inspector arrived at 11:30 AM and the inspection concluded at 2:15 PM. There were a total of 11 children ages 3-5 years old present under the direct care of 6 staff members. The Inspector reviewed 3 children records which includes 1 medication record and 3 staff records during today's inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
