Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/1/2022. There were 5 children, ages 2 ? years -4 years, 2 staff and 3 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time and lunch. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:22am and departed the center at 11:57am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Based on observation and discussion with staff, the center failed to ensure that an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official was obtained.

Evidence: The annual fire inspection was dated 11/12/2021 and on the day of the inspection an updated annual fire inspection was not documented.
Plan of Correction: Provider will obtain documentation of an updated annual fire inspection.
