Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection conducted on 10/18/2023. There were 10 children, ages 2 years -5 years, 3 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications were observed during the inspection. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during center time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:30am and departed the center at 12:32am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
