An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/19/2024 and completed on 9/19//2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:46AM and ended at 1:22PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 9/19/2024. This inspection included -document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, and observations (observed children at center time, circle time, lunch and naptime)
