Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 9/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:46AM and ended at 1:22PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 9/19/2024. This inspection included -document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, and observations (observed children at center time, circle time, lunch and naptime)
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
