Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/13/2021 and concluded on 04/23/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children and 1 staff member present during the inspection; the facility is currently closed and only providing virtual learning opportunities at this time. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 2 staff records during the inspection to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
