Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/01/2023 and concluded with an electronic record review on 05/04/2023. There were 28 children, ages 3 years- 5 years, and 5 staff providing direct supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during arrival, mealtime, self-directed activities and teacher directed activities. The inspector discussed the following with provider: medication forms. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection 8:45 and departed at 10:45 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
