Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/9/2022 and concluded on 3/9/2022. The site supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from three to five, with five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of reports the center failed to provide an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence:
The last fire inspection conducted at this center is dated 12/16/2019.
Plan of Correction: The center had been closed due to the pandemic and returned in person 9/7/21.
Contact has been made with the fire inspector by the site supervisor and an inspection will be conducted.

The last health inspection conducted at this center is dated 2/4/2020.
