Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 9/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:25 and ended at 12:45. The inspector and the licensing inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children and 9 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and one new staff records electronically on 9/22/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
