Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/23/2024. There were 20 children, ages 3 years-5 years and 3 staff and 1 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medication was observed onsite. A total of 4 children?s, 1 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:42am and departed the center at 11:30am.
