An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 8/25/2025 and completed on 8/25/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:32AM and ended at 11:49AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 8/25/2025 and 3 staff records on-site on 8/21/2025.
This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.

In areas used by preschool age or younger children, electrical outlets shall have protective covers. An outlet was not covered in classroom B that was within reach of children.
