Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/3/2026 and completed on 2/4/2026, as part of the licensure period. This on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 11:35am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 22 children and 8 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 2 staff records electronically. Medication for 4 children was reviewed.
The inspection included the following: document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
