Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/30/2023. There were 17 children, ages 3 years-5years and 4 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medication for children was observed during the inspection. A total of 4 children?s records, 1 staff record and 3 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during handwashing after lunch and naptime. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 12:13pm and departed the center at 1:07pm.
