Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/11/2023. There were 20 children, ages 3 years-5years, 4 staff and 2 administrative present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medication for children was observed during the inspection. A total of 3 children?s records, 3 staff records and 3 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during lunch, handwashing and naptime. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:57am and departed the center at 12:40pm.
