Behavioral guidance shall be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate, and shall be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve conflicts.
Based on review of video on 12/18/2025, Child #1 was grabbed by the arm and walked across the classroom to sit on the floor by Staff #1 . Child #1 stood back up and Staff #1 lifted Child #1 up by his upper arms, and sat him back down on the floor, Staff #1 then held the child by the upper arms for approximately four seconds to keep the child seated on the floor.

Plan of Correction: Staff was placed on unpaid leave until further notice. On 12/17/2025 staff sent an email 12/17/2025 that they resigned from position.
