Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:05am-10:30am. There were 73 children directly supervised by 14 staff divided into 5 classrooms by age, ratios were in compliance. The physical plant, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in individual table activities, listening to books, practicing alphabet and counting, napping, eating breakfast and washing hands. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. No areas of non-compliance were cited during today?s inspection.
