Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 6/17/2025 as part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:35 AM and ended at 10:25 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
