The staff-to-child ratios for 3 year-old children shall not exceed 1 staff:10 children.
On 11/5/25, from approximately 8:24am-8:44am, the 3-year-old preschool class exceeded a 1:10 ratio.
At 8:24am, the ratios in the classroom were 1:11; at 8:30am, the ratios in the classroom were 1:15; at 8:35am the ratios in the classroom were 2:22; and at 8:40am, the ratios in the classroom were 2:24. Staff #1 and #2 did not alert management that they/the class was out of ratio for this period of time.
At 8:44am, Staff #3 clocked into work and it is estimated that they arrived in the classroom by 8:45am.

Plan of Correction: The staff have been re-trained on keeping in proper ratio at all times. Reminded all staff to alert office immediately when another teacher is needed in the classroom.
