An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on June 21, 2024 and completed on June 21, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 4, 2024 relating to allegations in the areas of staffing, supervision, behavior guidance and documentation of injuries. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
