Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on November 14, 2022. There were 69 children present, with 14 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed playing outside, writing, and participating in a sports program. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The diapering surfaces in the the lower level classroom and the church building hallway are not being sprayed or dipped with a solution of soap and water, patted dry, then sprayed or dipped with a solution of bleach and water and allowed to air dry
The garbage cans located in the lower level classroom and in church building are not hands-free and do not allow you to dispose of a diaper without touching the garbage pail.
Foot pedal garbage cans were ordered and will be placed in each bathroom.

Albuterol was administered to child # 3 twice on August 9, 2022 and twice on August 10, 2022 without written parental or physician authorization.
