Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 1, 2023 from 11:30 am until 12:45 pm. There were 23 children present with 6 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, medications and authorizations, evacuation drills, emergency procedures and menu's were reviewed. The playground area was also inspected.
