Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 4 2024 and completed on December 4 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included a document review, the tour of the facility, interviews, and observations
