Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/22/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 p.m. and ended at 11:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 84 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed nine children?s records and five staff records on site. This inspection included document review (i.e. daily schedule, menu, license, previous inspection, attendance records, emergency drill logs, medication authorizations), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
