Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 7/31/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 a.m. and ended at 9:45 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed four staff records on site and background checks for five corporate officers and agents. This inspection included document review (i.e. license posted, fire inspection, health inspection last inspection posted, daily schedule), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
