Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 28, 2022 and concluded on March 8, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 77 children present directly supervised by 11 staff.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. The children were observed resting.
The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
