Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:30pm-2:40pm. There were 30 children in the direct care and supervision of 5 staff. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed entering the facility and washing hands. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection.
