An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 11, 2024 and completed on December 11, 2024, as a part of current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:45pm and ended at 4:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 52 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
