Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a monitoring inspection on 10/19/2022. The inspector was on site from 10:015am until 12:40pm.
There were forty-six children under the care of twelve staff. The ages of the children ranged from sixteen months to five years old. The children were observed during indoor free play and classroom time. Five children?s record, three medical record and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

1Detectors in each building that serves preschool children.
Evidence: Licensing Inspector asked Director if carbon monoxide detectors have been installed in the building. Director inform inspector there were none installed.
