Licensing Inspector Scott conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on January 7/2024, in the areas of SUPERVISION & STAFFING. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on January 12, 2024 and findings were reviewed on January 12, 2024.
